Julian Sherrard founded the company and built its reputation on local knowledge of the Cayo District and the surrounding regions of Belize. Jovanni Fernandez, also a co-founder, works directly with buyers and sellers as a licensed real estate agent, drawing on firsthand familiarity with the land, the people, and the communities that make Cayo District such a sought-after destination for property investment. Olda Sherrard serves as Co-Founder, helping guide the company's long-term direction and ensuring every client receives personal attention throughout the buying or selling process.

Lonzelle Sherrard heads our marketing efforts and also works as a real estate agent, combining property expertise with a strong understanding of how to present listings to buyers across Belize and internationally. Gyula Sherrard supports the team as an aerial drone pilot and photographer, capturing high-quality imagery of jungle properties, riverfront land, residential lots, and farm land so that prospective buyers can fully appreciate each property before ever setting foot on it.
